THE ANOC EXECUTIVE COUNCILThe Executive Council and the President of ANOC are vested with the power of running and administering the Association in agreement with the wishes expressed by the General Assemblies, in compliance with the Constitution. The Executive Council of ANOC is currently made up of twenty-seven members : - the President of ANOC, elected by the General Assembly for a mandate of four years. - the Secretary General of ANOC and the Treasurer of ANOC, elected by the General Assembly upon the President's proposal, for a mandate of four years. - five Vice-Presidents of ANOC, elected by the five Continental Associations for a mandate of four years, and whose nominations are approved by the General Assembly of ANOC. - 14 members of the Executive Council of ANOC elected by their Continental Associations, namely three members per continent for Africa, America, Asia and Europe, and two for Oceania, and whose nominations are approved by the General Assembly of ANOC. - 5 members of the Executive Council of ANOC, namely one per continent, nominated by the President of ANOC in consultation with the Vice-Presidents of the corresponding continents, and whose nominations are approved by the General Assembly of ANOC.
