The Association of National Olympic Committees was created in June 1979. The history of ANOC provides :

• a chronological list of ANOC's officials

• the dates and places of ANOC's main meetings, and their most relevant decisions

• a summary table of the ANOC General Assemblies

• a summary table of the ANOC Executive Council meetings
